Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share our vision and are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. **The Role** As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of customs paperwork, data entry, and document management processes. This is a hybrid role that involves working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, offering the perfect balance of flexibility and collaboration. You'll have the opportunity to work with one of the world's largest organizations and contribute to the success of our logistics customer. **Key Responsibilities** * Checking and filing customs paperwork for EU and UK * Data entry and data transfer * Creating and requesting relevant customs clearance documentation * Managing numerous mailboxes between carriers and vendors * Ensuring all shipments have the correct and necessary documents to cross * Dealing with discrepancies and misalignments that may arise * Office-based work **Essential Qualifications** * A stable and consistent work history * Data entry experience (essential) * Office working experience * Strong communication skills (written and spoken) * High standard of attention to detail * Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook * Clear criminal record * You may be required to take a drug and alcohol test * Transport industry experience is preferred but not essential **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customs administration or a related field * Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures * Familiarity with data entry software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
