Job Summary The purpose of this role is to support arenaflex in delivering its purpose of connecting people to what's important in their lives through friendly, reliable, and low-cost services. As a data entry and strategy consultant, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis, providing insights, and developing strategies to improve performance. You will apply your analytical and technical skills to influence team decisions and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis of trends to support the development of new strategies, policies, and reports Improve and share knowledge of data tools with other teams within the organization Leverage technical skills (SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, Big Data Concepts) and business data to provide answers to business requests Transform raw data into easily understood, presentable, and actionable findings Develop and improve models and strategies to support their implementation Facilitate and share technical guidance on ideas and topics with teams across the organization Conduct analysis using optimization and simulation tools to create and examine scenarios, providing insights into how different factors perform Utilize appropriate data management tactics that include privacy standards Perform other related duties as directed by your leaders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED Advanced level experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Proven experience in providing insights to senior leaders Knowledge of SQL (Oracle, Teradata, PostgreSQL) Highly detail-oriented and skilled in taking initiative, demonstrating ownership and accountability Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with little supervision Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach data, tools, and business concepts to junior team members Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience in network planning or airline operations Knowledge of Alteryx or other data manipulation software Experience with Tableau or other data visualization software Advanced degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or computer science Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw implications Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to senior leaders Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities, with a strong focus on attention to detail Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, Tableau, and Big Data Concepts Ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of business concepts, philosophies, and strategies across different areas of the organization Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
