About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data entry and live chat professional to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end voice of the customer method. Your primary duties will include helping to develop and maintain our new voice of the customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics, our survey vendor. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the application teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, growing information of voice of the purchaser methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform. Design and build a strong data model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions, allowing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case degree. Offer guidelines to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem, powering consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best and efficiency, position entails operating closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end to quit technique.
