Base pay range
$55.00/hr - $60.00/hr

This role will focus on dashboard development, data validation, and collaboration with stakeholders in a fast-moving consulting environment.
This is likely an initial 2-3 month contract, but could be extended through great delivery.
We are open to two types of candidates:
• Tableau and Power BI Developer: Strong in both Tableau and Power BI and able to create dashboards proficiently in both tools.
• Power BI-first Developer: Strong in building Power BI dashboards and some exposure to Tableau.
What you’ll do
• Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Support and modify existing dashboards, including working with underlying SQL and calculations.
• Translate business requirements and wireframes into effective visualizations.
• Develop and optimize DAX measures (Power BI).
• Use SQL for data validation, profiling, and troubleshooting.
• Own work from requirements through development and quality checks.
• Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to iterate on reporting solutions.
What we're looking for
• Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI, and ideally able to build in both environments.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience supporting existing BI environments, not just greenfield builds.
• Ability to organize and clarify business requirements.
• Comfortable working independently in a project-based consulting role.
• Clear communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
This is an independent contractor position; the rate will vary based on experience. This will be on a 1099 contractor basis.
