About the Role As an Operations Technician at arenaflex, you will be instrumental in installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and server software. Your expertise will be crucial in configuring complex components such as networks, routers, hubs, bridges, switches, and networking protocols. You will participate in or lead small project teams on large installations and develop project contingency plans. A typical day will include manual movement and installation of racks, requiring a willingness to work in a physically demanding environment with infrastructure at the forefront of computer technology. Key Responsibilities Contribute and lead efforts/tasks in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience troubleshooting hardware or community-associated troubles using Linux-based tools. Experience in hardware, networking equipment, operating systems, and data center operations. A high school diploma or equivalent.
