With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the field of electric vehicles and clean energy. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Data Annotation Supervisor to lead a team of Information Explanation Experts in annotating 3D and image data for brain network training. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for data accuracy, and excellent leadership skills to drive efficiency in a medium-sized team of annotators. The Data Annotation Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, and that the team is working efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of Information Explanation Experts in annotating 3D and image data for brain network training * Develop and implement training plans to ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively * Track progress and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure that they are meeting their targets * Assess daily performance and provide regular reports to management on team metrics * Collaborate with designers and Autopilot authorities to develop and implement explanation approaches that meet both technical and functional requirements * Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to ensure that team members have access to the information they need to perform their tasks effectively * Manage headcount distribution between Quality Control, Naming, and focus on work lines on a daily basis as coordinated by management * Ensure that documentation and daily reporting for the team is accurate and up-to-date * Perform other administrative tasks as required, including employee development, conducting bi-annual performance reviews, and monthly performance evaluations with Group Leads and Information Explanation Subject Matter Experts * Recognize and reward team members who consistently exceed expectations * Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports to ensure that they are performing at their best * Manage timekeeping and attendance through the Kronos system **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, engineering, data science) * Experience managing and inspiring medium-sized teams that perform manual tasks * Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and completing them in a timely manner * Commitment to data accuracy and throughput * Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes * Demonstrated history of executing and meeting tight deadlines * Experience managing multiple competing projects with limited resources * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner * Proficiency in standard workflow software (e.g. JIRA, Success) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a data annotation or data science role * Knowledge of Autopilot technology and its applications * Experience working with 3D and image data * Familiarity with brain network training and its applications * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Benefits** * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) plan with employer match * Employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off and holidays * Flexible work arrangements * Opportunities for professional growth and development **Work Environment** arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
