About the Role The Director of Data Analytics will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and implementing data analytics strategies that drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with senior management, and communicating complex data insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data analytics solutions that meet business needs and drive results. Collaborate with senior management to stay informed about business objectives and develop data-driven insights to support decision-making. Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and vendors. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to drive business outcomes. Analyze performance drivers, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them. Supervise and coordinate the work of managers, senior directors, and their subordinates, providing guidance and development opportunities as needed. Foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and inclusion within the team, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 2 years of experience establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience developing strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and budget. Experience identifying operational issues and developing strategies to resolve them. Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating at the executive level. Experience managing client-facing programs and contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. At least 2 years of direct management, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership experience. Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Graduate degree/MBA. Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.). Experience with system administration (e.g., Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.). Experience using business intelligence tools to support data analysis (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Scene, Masters, etc.). Certified as a Salesforce administrator or engineer. Experience in training, coaching, and developing less senior colleagues. Experience developing and executing financial models to support complex business initiatives. Experience communicating with executive-level leadership both internally and to client associations. Experience with project management (e.g., planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve project objectives). Experience with systems such as Cure and GIS. Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts.
