Job Overview We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our Production Network Information Analysis team. As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping the organization make data-driven decisions by building significant reporting, KPIs, and creative insights. You will be the central point of contact for creating data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements and enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and agility of our supply chain as it scales to support our global projects. Key Responsibilities Assemble brief, convincing, and action-driven data representation dashboards to generate insights and guide decision-making across the Supply Chain team. Write complex SQL queries for reporting and for key ad-hoc data requests, ensuring that the code is modular, tested, and maintainable. Design and maintain ETLs, including identifying valuable data sources, writing custom SQL queries, validating data against source applications, and making adjustments according to new requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to gather requirements and translate complex business questions into intelligent KPIs and analysis. Work with cross-functional teams to drive upstream process, systems, and data architecture enhancements. Effectively communicate project results and improvement areas to a non-technical audience. Maintain internal documentation and project roadmap, including relevant timelines and expectations. Independently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting goals and deadlines. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's or graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as Engineering, Data Analysis, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. Strong proficiency in SQL and the ability to write complex queries with detailed QA checks. A good understanding of relational databases and database design concepts, with experience building ETL pipelines being a plus. Comfort with a scripting language, such as Python, and data analysis packages, such as Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, is preferred. Ability to build action-driven dashboards with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Plotly, Matplotlib, or similar. High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as the ability to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner. Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights and analysis.
