You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and Engineering, to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** * Define, own, and refine product success metrics, working closely with Product Management, UX, and Design to develop a comprehensive metric framework that aligns with business objectives * Report, track, and explain key metrics, making recommendations to improve them and identify areas for growth * Collaborate with Design teams to identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for critical functionalities, with a focus on business-driven customer experiences * Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to influence, prioritize, and support product strategy, applying technical expertise with observational data analysis to address critical business questions * Deliver successful presentations of data-driven insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year certification in Measurements, Math, Information Science, Designing, Physical science, Financial matters, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent functional experience * 3 years of experience in data analysis applications (e.g., statistical analysis, data mining, or business intelligence), and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with exploratory data analysis, data preparation, data mining, statistical modeling, and data visualization * Experience in business analysis or operations support (e.g., business intelligence, data warehousing, or Six Sigma certification) * Ability to apply statistical knowledge to real-world data * Ability to complete projects independently and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment * Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills **About arenaflex Company and its Benefits** arenaflex is a global technology leader that has revolutionized the way people access and interact with information.
