The Role We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager with a passion to build a more personal and private web3. This person will own mission critical projects at the intersection of crypto, finance and zero knowledge technology. They will drive execution by defining goals and timelines, tracking progress, and creating key materials like plans and decision docs. The ideal candidate will make a deep impact by exhibiting resourcefulness, urgency and curiosity. Responsibilities • Project Delivery • Collaborate with leadership to scope project goals and timelines • Create artifacts to organize the project, including project plans, decision documents, and runbooks • Provide visibility and clear communications on project status • Drive Execution • Drive progress and momentum on mission critical projects • Surface and manage resolution of key decisions across cross-functional teams • Utilize critical and creative thinking to generate the best outcomes for the business • Subject matter flexibility • Adapt to projects with complex business and technical requirements • Develop expertise in topics such as zero knowledge, crypto infrastructure and go to market • Utilize data and AI to enrich your thinking and work products Qualifications • 2+ years experience in a consulting, project management or strategic initiatives type role • Ability to manage stakeholders across the organization to drive mission critical projects to completion • Understanding of how to manage various types of projects from kick-off to completion • A strong management presence and ability to rally the team around project needs and deadlines • Ability to get your hands dirty and create leverage on projects by bringing your unique expertise and willingness to learn the moving parts • Strong ability to create decks and documents that are data driven, clear and concise • Experienced with AI tools with ability to quickly research, digest and summarize both business and technical concepts • A bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field • Experience in crypto or FinTech is a plus Benefits • Highly competitive salary and comp package. • Monthly budget for expenses (home office setup & supplies, transportation, fitness & personal well-being, continued learning, etc.). • Comprehensive, top-tier healthcare coverage. • Flexible vacation policy. • Ability to attend major industry conferences and global events at the company’s expense. • Regular team off-sites and retreats.
