Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize our content portfolio. Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy using data-driven insights. Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention. Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance, providing actionable insights for strategic and tactical decision-making. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, with a strong background in SQL and experience with R and/or Python. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, including decision trees, regression, classification, and more.
