Reporting directly to the Director of Data & Analytics, you will be at the forefront of conducting full lifecycle analysis to support core organizational functions and business processes. Position Overview In this critical role, you will leverage your experience and knowledge to combine analytics skills with an in-depth understanding of organ and tissue donation processes and healthcare data. Your insights and analyses will be instrumental in driving down costs, improving quality, and enhancing the overall organ procurement/transplant process. As a key member of our team, you will lead the charge in identifying areas for improvement, developing data-driven solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes that drive meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Designing and developing data models and visualizations to support business needs and inform decision-making Collaborating closely with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and provide actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives Ensuring data quality and accuracy through rigorous analysis and validation processes, leveraging expertise in data warehousing concepts and ELT tools Conducting ad-hoc analysis and providing ongoing support for specific project work, including evaluating, writing, and presenting operational data and reporting Leading work groups and committees to facilitate collaboration and drive strategic initiatives, providing project management support as needed to ensure successful implementation of data-driven initiatives Providing recommendations based on relevant findings, leveraging statistical analysis and predictive modeling experience to inform business decisions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a relevant healthcare field, with a strong foundation in data analysis and visualization Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders Proficient in SQL, Power BI, and possessing advanced Excel skills, with expertise in healthcare electronic medical record data 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, and in developing key metrics, performance indicators (KPIs), and advanced reporting to support decision-making Experience with ELT tools and processes to manage and streamline the movement of data across systems, and knowledge of data warehousing concepts Ability to perform and present complex research and analyses for different stakeholders and decision-makers, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling principles Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as a Master's degree in data science or a related field Additional experience in data analysis and visualization, with a strong portfolio of projects and achievements Expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with experience applying these concepts to real-world problems Certifications in data analysis and visualization, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights and trends Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and insights Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At LifeShare, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
