Remote, Contract-based Ohio Intellectual Property Attorney Opportunity - 10 Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Ohio-based Intellectual Property Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements: - Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Ohio - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Intellectual Property Law - Trademark and copyright clearance, registration, transfer, and licensing - Reviewing, drafting and advising clients about crucial contracts likeProfessional Services Agreements and Independent Contractor Agreements - Knowledge of laws and regulations governing advertising, social media marketing, and influencer marketing, ideally including marketing campaign review experience - Trademark / Copyright - specifically related to marketing agencies and other professional services - Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines- Self-starter and able to work independentlyOur Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.We welcome you to join our established network of legal professionals!
