Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. Analyze client behavior (e.g., genre preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet client needs and untapped content opportunities. Predict content engagement to guide acquisition decisions and optimize our content launch and episode release strategy. Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention. Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both tactical and strategic decision-making. Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive the business forward. Effectively communicate significant outcomes through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis. Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and/or Python. Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques (decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.). Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems. Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
