Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be part of the Platform Services & Operations group, where you will be responsible for delivering valuable data and insights, engaging with partners across the organization, and providing training in support of workflow initiatives. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling teams to deliver high-quality software through high-quality engineering experiences, efficient workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain critical workflow tooling at scale, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes Deliver valuable data and insights to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making and process improvements Engage with partners across the organization, providing training and support to ensure successful adoption of workflow initiatives Design and develop iterative dashboards, visualizing key metrics and progress towards goals Profile complex systems, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions Identify trends and patterns in large data sets, translating insights into actionable recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst Solid working knowledge of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Ability to translate research into insight: developing key metrics, recommending policy changes, and delivering action plans to all levels of leadership Advanced Tableau developer skills Capable SQL user: aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery Experience in Software Development: knowledge of build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and code transportation Product Ownership: experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics Project management: planning and driving efforts, working across associate teams towards a unified goal Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
