As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models for our attractions. As a Data Analyst and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering and developing relationships with colleagues, providing thought leadership, and demonstrating influence by driving initiatives to their conclusion efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Engage with research and colleagues to drive ML strategies and identify areas where business problems can be solved creatively by applying ML. Lead and collaborate with other specialists and data scientists to implement and successfully scale ML solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of operational objectives. Drive innovation, proof of concepts, technology funding initiatives, and customer interactions that lead to developing top-tier AI platforms. Manage operational support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team. Build standard procedures used in daily operations and work with specialty units to design, plan, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analytics, classification, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, etc., and evaluate their performance on real-world datasets. Collaborate with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinate with existing software practices that generate effective code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. Essential Qualifications and Abilities To succeed in this role, you will need: 2+ years of expertise in Python and predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc. 2+ years of expert-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Object-Oriented Programming Design Principles. Expert-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL relational and non-relational databases. 2+ years of experience with Airflow or another data workflow management tool. Experience with version control software, such as GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and the expected outcome, strong communication skills, and determination to complete tasks. Solid systems integration architecture skills, capable of turning new tech into business solutions. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with Docker. Experience with control systems. Experience with Kubernetes. Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform. Experience with Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development. Experience with data visualization and data monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). Experience with audio analysis. Experience with text analysis. Education A Master's of Science in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar technical background is required. A Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar technical background is preferred.
