Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Business Performance Analysis: Providing support for cross-functional partners to understand platform performance, and identifying areas for improvement
Deep Dive Analysis: Using advanced techniques such as statistical modeling, experimentation, and causal inference to analyze customer behavioral data and uncover opportunities for growth
Opportunity Identification and Assessment: Developing targets and evaluating potential opportunities to inform business decisions and drive growth
Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, and with various data teams to enhance platform capabilities around data visualization, testing platforms, data storytelling, and data science


Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
At least 3 years of analytical experience, or equivalent
At least 2 years of work experience using SQL
Experience with Python/R or other programming languages
Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
Understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and confidence intervals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to various audiences


Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred:

Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong analytical mindset
Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and tools
