Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone and email, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Offer accurate and up-to-date information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and other travel-related services Find solutions for each individual customer, ensuring that their travel plans are tailored to their needs and preferences Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner Utilize your knowledge of the travel industry to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers, enhancing their overall travel experience Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you must be fluent in Danish and have a good command of English.
