Responsibilities
ā¢ Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data into our database systems.
ā¢ Verify and cross-reference data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
ā¢ Conduct data quality checks and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
ā¢ Collaborate with other teams to gather and clarify data requirements.
ā¢ Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
ā¢ Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance data entry efficiency.
Qualifications
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry is a plus.
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
ā¢ Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
ā¢ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
ā¢ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
ā¢ Prior experience in data entry is preferred but not required.
