Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Assisting with customer inquiries and providing timely solutions to their concerns * Supporting the team in enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and collaboration * Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat * Collaborating with team members to address customer issues and concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs * Gaining insights into customer service operations and best practices, and developing essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and client relations **Who Can Apply** We're looking for candidates who are: * Available to work from home and can start the internship between 4th December 2024 and 8th January 2025 * Available for a duration of 3 months * Possessing relevant skills and interests in customer support and service * Able to commit to a part-time schedule, with a minimum of 10 hours per week **Stipend and Perks** As a part-time intern at blithequark, you'll receive a stipend of INR 10,000-15,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications.
