As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing timely and accurate information on various health-related topics
* Utilize various databases and written materials to research and provide information to customers
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed established contractual turnaround times for customer inquiries
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum six (6) months customer service/administrative/call center experience required
* Must be able to speak English clearly and professionally
* Bi-lingual candidates will receive priority consideration
* Proven verbal and written communication skills a must
* Experience working with a PC and a Windows environment required
* Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required
* Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
* Proven ability to work as a member of a team is required

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
* Experience working in a call center environment
* Proficiency in multiple software applications, including CRM systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Work from Home Requirements**

* This is a work-from-home assignment. Equipment will not be provided to support this role.
* All employees working from home must have the following minimum requirements:
+ Desktop or laptop with:
- Windows 10
- Intel Core i5 processor or higher
- 8GM Memory
- 256 GB Hard Drive
- Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer
- Headset connection hard wired (not wireless)
- Hard Wired internet connection (CAN NOT use Wi-Fi)
- 1 RJ-45 for wired network connection
+ Dedicated office space that will allow employee to have all working shifts void of interruption from family members, pets, personal phone calls, etc.
+ Reliable high-speed internet connection (validated by a copy of a current internet bill with internet specifications)
+ 2 monitors
+ Minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps. Must pass speed test.
