Your primary focus will be on supporting our customers across our five-state franchise (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia) through after-hours calls, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. **Key Responsibilities:** * Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls * Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat * Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences * Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment * Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities * Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results **Qualifications:** To qualify for a Customer Support Specialist position at arenaflex, you'll need: * Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift * High school diploma * One (1) year experience in customer service * Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload * Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel * Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems * Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time * Travel is required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you **What We Offer:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success.
