We are currently seeking two part-time Customer Support Specialists to join our team, each playing a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the care and support they deserve outside regular business hours. About the Roles We have two unique part-time positions available, each with its own schedule designed to meet the needs of our patients across the five-state area. Position 1: Every other weekend, days - 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. This role is ideal for individuals who can commit to a regular, yet flexible schedule, ensuring continuity of care for our patients. Position 2: Every weekend, nights - 8pm Saturday to 8am Sunday, and Sunday 8pm to 8:30am on Monday. This position is suited for those who are comfortable working night shifts and can provide the necessary support during these critical hours. Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Actively listening to and probing callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of their calls, ensuring that you understand their needs and concerns fully. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or chat, providing swift and thorough support to all internal and external customers. Providing friendly and effective customer service, focused on creating great customer experiences and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Working collaboratively with others to promote teamwork and generate positive, creative results that enhance our patient care services. Having access to personal health information (PHI) necessary to fulfill your duties, with the understanding and ability to use and disclose PHI as defined by our organization and departmental policies. Qualifications To qualify as a Customer Support Specialist with blithequark, you will need: Availability to work your assigned shift, committing to the schedule that best fits your lifestyle and our patient care needs. A high school diploma, providing a foundational level of education for this role. At least one year of experience in customer service, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively. The ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload, showcasing your resilience and adaptability. Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to interact with clinical and non-clinical personnel, ensuring seamless collaboration and support. Proficiency in software programs and the ability to navigate between computer systems, highlighting your technical skills and adaptability to our systems. The ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods, as this role involves extensive computer use. Willingness to travel for training, as occasional travel may be required for professional development and team meetings.
