We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Technical Innovation Consultant (AI/MVP with German) and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the telecommunication industry . About the role Hands-on consulting engineers who scope, build, and iterate production-grade MVPs/POCs with business stakeholders. The role blends solution architecture, backend-leaning development (Python-first), modern frontend (Type Script), and platform skills (containers, CI/CD, Kubernetes). Strong facilitation, client-facing communication, and ownership mindset are essential. Key responsibilities • Partner with business leads to frame problems, define success metrics, and shape experiment/MVP backlogs. • Rapidly design and implement MVPs (backend-first; integrate data/APIs; ship usable UIs when needed). • Build and operate CI/CD pipelines; containerize services; deploy to Kubernetes-based environments. • Design and integrate AI features (e.g., LLM-powered flows, retrieval-augmented generation). • Ensure security, observability, and basic SRE hygiene for prototypes promoted to pilot. • Run demos, collect feedback, iterate quickly; document decisions and architectures. • Coach stakeholders on feasibility and trade-offs; contribute to internal playbooks and templates. Requirements • 5+ years in software engineering or solution consulting with end-to-end ownership of MVPs/POCs. • Strong Python (APIs, data processing, or backend services). • Type Script/Node.js fundamentals; ability to assemble lightweight frontends (e.g., Vue/React). • Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes; cloud-agnostic deployment experience. • CI/CD (Git-based workflows; pipelines to build/test/deploy autonomously). • Practical LLM/AI delivery experience (e.g., calling model APIs, building RAG pipelines, prompt/tool design). • Proven client-facing skills: requirement discovery, stakeholder alignment, clear communication in German. • Willingness to travel to Germany a few times per year. Nice to have • Infra-as-code, secrets management, and basic platform security practices. • Vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone), embeddings, retrieval orchestration. • Frontend: Vue.js preferred; experience with component libraries and rapid UI prototyping. • Telecom, media, or large-enterprise innovation lab experience. • Workshop facilitation, design sprints, or product discovery methods.
