**Key Responsibilities**

* Managing customer support operations across various platforms, including Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, and Klaviyo, processing refunds, reshipments, and subscription modifications.
* Maintaining meticulous records of customer feedback in spreadsheets, analyzing and presenting key insights to the team for continuous product and service improvement.
* Developing and maintaining efficient internal systems for streamlined operations, including inbox organization, order logs, and product feedback reports.
* Providing administrative support to co-founders, including scheduling meetings, conducting light research, and performing data entry tasks.
* Proactively contributing innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist for arenaflex, you'll need:
