About the Position: Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking curious and energetic individuals with a background in Accounts Payable to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

Implement arenaflex's Accounts Payable Automation Platform for new customers, ensuring seamless integration with their existing ERP systems
Provide comprehensive support, onboarding, and training to customers, addressing all aspects of their AP automation needs
Collaborate with customers to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AP automation, ERP systems, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to continuously improve customer support and success


Essential Qualifications:
To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you should possess:

A background in Accounts Payable, with experience in AP automation and ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Quickbooks, etc.)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and AP automation best practices
Experience with customer support, onboarding, and training, preferably in a SaaS or FinTech environment
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
