Key Responsibilities Exceptional Customer Service : Provide timely and efficient responses to passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous. Flight Bookings and Reservations : Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter during their travel experience. Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with other departments within blithequark to ensure smooth and seamless customer service delivery, and communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
