As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference in the photography industry. **Your Mission** GotPhoto is growing, and our new customers in the DACH market will rely on you as their primary point of contact. Leverage your extensive experience in customer interactions to build and maintain exceptional customer relationships. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your customer service skills and deepen your knowledge of our products and features. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide daily support to our customers via phone and email, ensuring a great customer experience * Assist new customers in getting started with GotPhoto and provide existing customers with tips on how to get the most out of our platform * Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, turning difficult situations into positive experiences * Build strong relationships with our customers and support them in achieving their goals with GotPhoto **We're Looking For** * At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support, preferably in navigating platforms and utilizing their processes * Minimum 6 months of experience in troubleshooting hardware or software issues remotely * Ability to quickly grasp new technologies, product updates, and systems, and explain them in detail to end-users * Experience in passing customer issues to internal teams * Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking, with the ability to communicate effectively in English **The Benefits** * **Remote work**: We support you in working from anywhere in the world.
