Your Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues Upselling if required Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: 6 months Customer Service Experience preferred Over 18 years of age Ability to type 25 wpm High School Graduate or GED Comfort with desktop computer systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills Ability to navigate Windows operating systems Organization and work prioritization skills Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License Be Part of Our blithequark Family At blithequark, we are committed to creating a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone feels welcome and valued.
