About the Role As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing top-notch customer service via phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries Offering accurate information about new bookings, rebooking options, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and other services Finding personalized solutions for each customer to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey Requirements and Qualifications To excel in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Fluency in Danish and a good command of English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service In addition to these essential qualifications, we would love for you to have: Previous experience in customer support or a related field Familiarity with travel industry services and solutions Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage customer interactions What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
