**Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Contract Management**

Our team of experts is passionate about making a difference, and we're dedicated to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment that celebrates individual differences. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Contract Management, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our network countries in India, ensuring the smooth execution of contract management processes. You'll work closely with our local divisions, sales teams, and customers to set up and manage MMA agreements, create service recommendations, and execute projects in SAP S4 Hana.
