Position Overview
D.A. Carter Services, Inc., a growing family-owned septic services company based in Conyers, GA 30012, is seeking a Senior Order Entry Specialist to oversee and optimize order processing, scheduling coordination, and administrative operations.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can manage high-volume order entry, improve workflow efficiency, support dispatch operations, and ensure accuracy in billing and customer records.
Immediate hire — must be able to start within 1 week.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage high-volume order entry with 100% accuracy standards
• Oversee scheduling coordination for septic pumping, installations, and repairs
• Review and verify pricing, service codes, and customer data
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies
• Coordinate closely with dispatch, technicians, and management
• Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend process improvements
• Maintain CRM and service management systems
• Assist with invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation
• Train and mentor junior administrative staff if needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
