**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and considerate support to our customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Answering customer questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Accurately and efficiently completing data entry tasks, such as creating customer orders, importing orders into our system, changing products on an order, updating shipping methods, and thoroughly logging all interactions with customers
* Supervising that any relevant orders have shipped properly for the business day on our various platforms and channels
* Performing other CS-related or admin job duties as assigned
* Multi-tasking and typing at least 40 WPM to ensure efficient communication with customers and colleagues
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Be at least 18 years old
* High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of Customer Service experience
* Excellent computer knowledge and usability
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to effectively manage your time while multi-tasking
* Tactful customer issue resolution
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment
