Responsibilities:
- Provide online chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information
- Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and concise communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or online support role
- Adaptable and resilient personality traits
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
