We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive starting wages * Opportunities for wage increases after 3 months of service * A comfortable, climate-controlled work environment * A 20% discount program for all your pet needs * 401(k) with company matching * Group building events and company-supported lunch meetings * Career growth and development opportunities * Protection qualification on the first of the month * Sponsored childcare, adult, and pet backup care through Care.com * Discounts on various items through the LifeMart Rebate program **What You'll Do** As a Customer Support Representative on our Veterinary Assistance team, you'll be responsible for: * Connecting directly with veterinary centers to process prescription orders, resolve client issues, and explain order requests * Examining and resolving issues to determine the best solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues * Completing accurate and timely data entry of prescriptions into Chewy's healthcare software * Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders * Working with empathy, attention, patience, sympathy, and generosity to clients and partners alike * Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and development opportunities * Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (sometimes via other stations depending on the situation) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record client note accounts, requiring attention to detail * Expecting a significant portion of the business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) * Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes) * A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook * High school education or equivalent * Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician Permit from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable * Strong decision-making skills * Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment * Ability to adapt to change as per the business needs of the organization * Flexibility to adjust your schedule and stay at work longer than required on a case-by-case basis by the specialty unit * Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information * Ability to pass a background check **Join Our Team!** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a difference in the lives of pet owners, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
