As an Experienced Customer Support Representative & Short Email Expert at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer support via email, phone, and online chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
* Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, using clear and concise language to address customer needs and concerns
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
* Working collaboratively with the support team to achieve shared goals and objectives, including resolving customer issues, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer emails and online chat requests in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
* Work collaboratively with the support team to achieve shared goals and objectives

**Essential Qualifications:**

* At least 1 year of customer support/service experience, ideally for a technology product with international clients
* Online chat support experience
* Native-level English Speaker - advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
* Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence
* Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms
* Detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities at once

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Proficiency with data analysis in Excel
* Familiarity with Zendesk, Jira, and automated support/helpdesk systems
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
