WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for third parties, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.WBL is a U.S.-based company that proudly embraces a fully remote workforce.This opportunity is a Contract/Consultancy position with the flexibility of remote work.Your typical working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though additional hours may be required depending on operational needs.Exceptional proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential for this role.Please ensure that resumes are submitted in English.Overview:In this role, you will provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to a member of WBL’s C-suite team. Your responsibilities will include managing household operations across multiple properties, overseeing personal logistics, handling financial tasks, coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing various ad hoc projects as needed. Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and sound judgment are essential as you work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth management of both personal and professional matters for the executive. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the executive´s calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zonesScreen and prioritize emails, messages, and requests for C- Suite ExecutivesCoordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international tripsPrepare documents, presentations, and briefing materials ahead of meetingsTake notes during key meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action itemsAnticipate the needs of the C Suite Executives and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or gapsSupport in organizing off-site meetings, company-wide events, and executive leadership sessionsPrepares business cases, dashboards, and strategic updates for leadership reviews and board-level materialsAssist with personal tasks as needed, maintaining a high level of trust and discretionIdentifies operational bottlenecks and escalates issues with recommended mitigation steps.Execute complex and detailed travel arrangements (including scheduling and managing of car services and, on occasion, flight and hotel accommodations), including preparing itineraries and compiling necessary documentsHandle expense reporting, invoice processing and other financial mattersFacilitates communication to ensure that directives, timelines, and expectations are understood and consistently applied.Synthesizes data, reports, and business metrics into concise briefings for senior leaders.Real-time updating, tracking, management and effective reporting of all departmental tasks and meeting takeaways (whether assigned by the CIO/CFO/CLO directly, or by the C-level executive to their staff) via Monday.com.Other projects and duties as assigned
