Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless handling of listings and support tickets. Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and responsibilities. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Contribute to the growth and development of our customer support team, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications: Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in customer support or a related field (not required but preferred). Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as Zendesk, Slack, and JIRA (or similar software). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a remote or online work environment. Familiarity with customer support software and technologies. Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
