As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with product information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Attend weekly and impromptu BASN outreach group gatherings, actively participating in discussions and contributing to the team's objectives. Arrange and document records in Microsoft Groups and Offer Point destinations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. Assist the client outreach group in creating PowerPoint presentations, ensuring effective communication and engagement. Continuously stock top retail accounts, including daily pack-outs, display building, resets, and refreshing evaluating focuses to align with product promotions. Support field advertising movements through in-store demos, event activation, and strategic promotional activities. Accurately report time, costs, and other administrative tasks, providing summary recaps as needed to the Chief of your area. Effectively complete the BODYARMOR Assistant Program, including weekly student-led gatherings, final project presentation, weekly studios, and attending the annual culmination in NY. Support additional impromptu activities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: To have completed at least Junior year of college or recently graduated with a certificate required. To reside in Northwest Arkansas region with the ability to drive within that area. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. Strong investigation, creative thinking, planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills. An enthusiasm for understanding consumer behavior and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Attention to detail, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive in a dynamic environment. The capacity to travel (~40% of time) via plane or vehicle. A valid and active driver's license, with Motor Vehicle Records that meet blithequark's guidelines per Driving Strategy.
