Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with veterinary clinics to coordinate prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests. You will also be responsible for data entry of prescriptions into our healthcare software, ensuring a high level of quality through accurate data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders. Key Responsibilities: Communicate directly with veterinary clinics to coordinate prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests Analyze and troubleshoot to determine suitable solutions for customers and veterinary partners, and follow up as needed to resolve issues Complete data entry of prescriptions into blithequark's healthcare software Maintain a high level of quality through accurate data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders Work with empathy, undivided attention, patience, compassion, and kindness to customers and partners alike Collaborate with a willingness to learn, sharing feedback and receiving input in a culture of growth and development Communicate with veterinary clinics via phone (and occasionally other channels as needed) on various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to navigate solutions and record clinic note accounts Expect a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary clinic/client phone contacts Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), as well as the ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes). You should be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
