As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and closing out Hughes Enterprise Maintenance orders, verifying details, and providing exceptional support to our customers. This is a remote-based position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home after completing an initial training period at our office location in Green Bay, WI. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting with screening and monitoring orders in the system * Assisting technicians with order closeouts * Handling internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on * Updating information through data entry * Running reports and updating trackers as needed * Assisting with logistics and system-related issues * Assisting with inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal/external customers **What's in it for you?** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
