Job Overview This is a Remote role (Call Center) that offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume production environment, processing medical record requests, and providing exceptional customer support to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for: Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors Utilizing Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel) to perform tasks efficiently Working comfortably in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with the tools and resources they need to succeed. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, and a 401k Savings Plan, as well as tuition assistance.
