About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our client's products and services.
