Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat to Intuit TurboTax customers Assist customers with software navigation and locating previous tax returns and amendments Utilize critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities to resolve customer issues efficiently Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or other relevant teams as necessary Maintain a friendly tone and professional demeanor in all customer interactions Requirements and Qualifications Essential Skills and Qualifications: Sincere desire to assist customers and provide top-notch support Tech-savvy and avid computer user with experience with software applications Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously Excellent communication skills with a friendly tone and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer support or a related field Familiarity with tax software or financial products Experience working in a remote or home-based environment Technology and Equipment Requirements To ensure success in this role, contractors must have the following technology and equipment: Personal computer (no tablet) with a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet) Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date USB headset with microphone Webcam (provided by Working Solutions) Work Environment Requirements Contractors must have a dedicated workspace that meets the following requirements: Quiet, uninterrupted space Organized desk area Professional appearance (if on camera) Schedule and Compensation This is a seasonal contract opportunity that runs through April 15th, 2024. Contractors have the flexibility to create their own schedule, with available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday. Compensation ranges from $15.60 to $19 per hour, with peak rates applying from January to April.
