Job Summary As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns regarding their pharmacy benefit plans. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, and mail-order pharmacy services. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring they understand their benefits and options. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a positive and productive manner. Document customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and reports. Collaborate with colleagues and management to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance requirements, maintaining confidentiality and data security. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Windows-based applications and software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and priorities. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Prior experience in customer support, healthcare, or a related field. Familiarity with pharmacy benefit management (PBM) services and healthcare terminology. Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., HDI, ICMI).
