Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled efficiently and effectively. Manage your workload independently, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to meet productivity and quality standards. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on company news, promotions, and policies. Work closely with your teammate to ensure 7-day-a-week coverage, coordinating schedules to meet business needs. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and task management ability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for your work and meeting productivity and quality standards. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions. Proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA (training provided if you're new to these tools). Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous customer support experience, particularly in an e-commerce or online industry. Familiarity with customer support software and technologies. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
