Your primary objectives will be to: * **Telephone Support:** Deliver professional, caring, and responsive support to customers via phone, ensuring their questions are answered completely and commitments to perform research and follow-up are met. Resolve open issues and log all contacts, including information and resolution achieved, in the appropriate ticketing system. * **Email & Chat Support:** Respond to and complete all assigned messages or contacts in a timely manner, addressing customer questions and issues in a clear and concise manner. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the appropriate ticketing system. * **Skill Improvement:** Continuously strive to enhance your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by the contact center and its clients, and attend all training classes and complete assigned exercises. * **Communication:** Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager.
