Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media in a professional and courteous manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, turning negative experiences into positive ones. Ideal Candidate We are looking for a tech-savvy, quick learner with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Reliable high-speed internet and a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Ability to work well under pressure, handling difficult customer situations with empathy and patience.
