As a close-knit, lean team, we're committed to delivering an incredible experience for our customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our journey. **Customer Experience** As our Customer Support Lead, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for managing and optimizing our overall customer experience. Your primary focus will be on: * **Customer Support Operations**: Oversee daily customer support operations to ensure timely, empathetic, and effective resolution of issues. This includes addressing inbound customer questions across channels, via chat, email, phone, and more. * **Issue Identification and Resolution**: Proactively identify issues that could impact a customer's experience, such as weather and/or transportation delays. Analyze top customer pain points and relay key issues and ideas to the co-founders and rest of the team. * **Team Leadership and Development**: Help establish performance goals and ensure team members are equipped with the tools and skills to meet them.
