About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Anaheim, California. As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years of customer service experience.
Experience with customer service software systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
